Trade Products_BLEACHED BAGASSE PULP

Chemical Bleached Bagasse Pulp is made from well depicted fresh bagasse from modern sugar mill. The pulp is well suited for manufacturing of paperboard, fine paper, napkin paper, and sanitary paper. Our bleached bagasse pulp is environmental friendly Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) and Soda Pulp which gives its outstanding properties for smoothness, stiffness, opacity and bulkiness and requires less energy to meet desired drainage and strength as well.

Bleached Bagasse Pulp is a non-wood pulp manufactured in a full environmental awareness process from renewable resource. Bagasse Pulp is an alternative to wood pulp as raw material for paper based manufacturing thus reducing the demand for trees significantly. The paper pulp production’s treated wastewater is pumped back into the plantation where sugarcane grows and the sludge from the production process is further treated and returns to the land as fertile compost.

Bleached Bagasse Pulp is a product that is manufactured in a totally environmentally aware manner from renewable resource which, when converted to paper, reduce the demand for trees significantly.

This paper pulp meticulously treated wastewater is pumped back into the very field at least 5 sq. kilometers where sugarcane grows. The sludge from this process is also treated and returns to the land as fertile compost.

Strength

1. Environmental friendly in conserving trees (non-wood pulp) pulping by ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) bleaching process
2. Soda process stability of raw material bagasse from largest sugar mill in the world (raw bagasse pulp input 500,000 tons/year)
3. Fiber quality higher than book waste
4. Best for paper production, copier paper, computer printout, printing, writing, newsprint, drawing paper, duplicatiing paper and exercise book paper, ect.
5. Consumer less energy than wood pulp preparation
6. Improve sheet formation caused by slow drainage for fiber orientation
7. The best for improving paper stiffiness, smoothness
8. Best for acid process and alkaline process
